WE STRIVE TO ACHIEVE THE MINIMUM BOARDING STANDARDS TO KEEP THE QUALITY OF THE EDUCATION.
Personalised Learning Policy
All human beings have personal educational preferences and requirements. Our personalised learning policy incorporates all approaches to the individual requirements of each student across the spectrum of students' interests and abilities. The policy has been agreed by staff and is reviewed regularly.
The UWC Dilijan Admissions Policy defines the methods and principles that govern admission to the college. It was accepted by the IB during our application for admission as an IB World School (Diploma), which was granted in November 2013, and is reviewed regularly.
Academic honesty is the foundation for all intellectual achievement and creativity. The IB and UWC Dilijan set academic honesty at the centre of their values and insist that all students and staff conform to certain requirements in the acknowledgement, accreditation and citation of intellectual property originating from others.
As part of the accreditation process that allows a school or college to offer the IB Diploma an academic honesty policy must be devised, and the policy must be published to all staff and students and be made available on the college website. The current version of the UWC Dilijan Academic Honesty Policy may be found through the link on this page below.
The UWC Dilijan Assessment Policy describes the basis of all assessment that takes place in the college.
This assessment policy was revised and approved by all staff in September, 2014, and will be reviewed again in September, 2016, or earlier if necessary.
Language is central to human culture and communication and is therefore a central component in the life of any IB World School. Our language policy has been agreed by all staff and it reviewed regularly.
